CROWN MINERALS LIMITED Is a Malawian registered company formed in 2003. Crown Minerals Limited, managed by the Magecha family, is a private company involved in various key industries within Malawi. The Magecha family has been resident in Blantyre since the 1930’s
Crown Minerals Limited holds the mineral Rights to the Tengani Project and the larger area of the Exclusive Prospecting License around the Tengani Mining area. Crown Minerals Ltd is the principle promoter of the project historically and is the majority shareholder.
TONY MAGECHA (50) Managing Director of TTM.
VIVIAN STUART-WILLIAMS (61) Is a director of TTM. Mr. Stuart Williams is a British subject with permanent residence status in South Africa. He graduated from the University of Cape Town with a BSc. (Geology and Environmental Management (majors), a BSc Honours. and a MSc. (Geology). He has held a number of senior management posts and has extensive international experience assisting in confirming and establishing new mining operations. He is currently a director of VP3 a successful South African geological consultancy company. He is a Registered Geological Consultant to the European Union.
In 2004, through the Centre for the Development of Enterprise (CDE- A European Union Agency) he was asked to assess the Tengani project. He has subsequently provided technical assistance to the project. He was appointed as a director of TTM in 2010.
AFRI-ROCKS S.L.U Is a Spanish based company which provided heavy mobile equipment to the TTM project for the initial evaluation phase of the project through Crown Minerals Ltd. Afri-Rocks SLU was allocated a shareholding in TTM in exchange for the transfer and use of their heavy equipment.
S. BHAGVANJI, S.L. Is a very well established family orientated import /export and manufacturing business based in Las Palmas, Spain with family connections to Crown Minerals . S Bhagvanji, SL has made a financial contribution towards the operations of TTM in return for which TTM has relinquished some of its share holdings.

Technical Assistance - Further metallurgical and marketing assistance has been provided to the project by Brian Taylor. Mr. Taylor is an independent metallurgical consultant with nearly 30 years experience in the heavy minerals industry. He has held a number of senior operating and marketing positions within this industry. More recently he has been involved in the potential development of a number of heavy mineral projects.
